Nice to hear from you. I’d like to share with you my volunteering experience at Huizhou West Lake. Its beautiful scenery and profound cultural background attract millions of visitors every year, and that is why I usually spend a few hours doing voluntary work there, especially at weekends, and on some special occasions, like festivals and holidays.

Mostly I show the way for those tourists who are not familiar with the scenic spots. Sometimes I work as a tour guide, introducing the fascination of places to them. I also help maintain order when there are too many tourists, making sure that things can run as smoothly as possible. Besides, picking up the litters left behind is also part of my work.

Joining the volunteer group and offering help to people who need it make me feel fulfilled as well as happy. I really hope that you can come and experience it yourself next winter holiday.
