4. 不及物动词后接宾语

不及物动词没有宾语，也不用于被动语态，但受汉语思维影响，常在不及物动词appear /rise / wait / exist / agree等后接宾语。改正方法有两种，其一是将作宾语的名词改为作主语，作主语的名词改为作介词宾语；其二是部分不及物动词后可以加介词，改作介词宾语。

例4 错误：It has been discussed for many years whether the Mars exists water.

正确：It has been discussed for many years whether there is water on the Mars.

或It has been discussed for many years whether water exists on the Mars.

分析：受汉语“火星上是否存在水”的影响，犯了在不及物动词exist后接宾语water的错误。

5. be动词后接动词原形

be动词后可接形容词、名词、非谓语动词等，但通常不能接动词原形。

例5 错误：With the beautiful moon up in the sky， we love most is enjoy the full moon together.

正确：With the beautiful moon up in the sky， what we love most is to enjoy the full moon together.

分析：受汉语“最喜欢的就是去……”的影响，直接用汉语思维对译，出现be动词后接动词原形，同时出现句子作主语、缺少引导词的情况。

6. 出现双谓语

一个句子有一套完整的主谓结构，有多个谓语动词并列时，可在最后一个谓语动词前使用并列连词，其余用逗号分隔开来。谓语必须由动词担任，但动词不一定作谓语。不少同学因受汉语思维影响，非谓语动词使用不当，造成双谓语的错误。在there be句型中经常出现此类情况。

例6 错误：There are many people like making friends online.

正确：There are many people who like making friends online.

或Many people like making friends online.

分析：受汉语“有很多人喜欢在网上交友”的影响，用汉语思维翻译，导致使用双谓语的错误。

7. 前后句直接连接

英语句法有一定的规则，应避免直接连接。逗号只是句内符号，有分隔作用，但不具备连接作用，故两个句子应使用连词连接起来或将其中一个句子的谓语动词变为非谓语动词，构成主从关系。

例7 错误：I am really proud of this experience， it helps me realize that we can achieve our goals through hard work.

正确：I am really proud of this experience， because it helps me realize that we can achieve our goals through hard work.

或I am really proud of this experience， which helps me realize that we can achieve our goals through hard work.

分析：前后分句没用连词而使用逗号连接起来，造成句子堆砌，前后句既不是主从关系，又不是并列关系。因语义上有因果关系，可用because连接，变成原因状语从句；亦可改为非限制性定语从句，用which引导。
