内容提要：当直接引语为陈述句时，变为间接引语时，其变法较易掌握，在此不再赘述。

1. He asked me whether I would wait for them or go on.

2. She asked whether / if Tom liked sports （or not）.

3. He asked me why I was late again.

4. I asked Tom to send Mary home.

5. She ordered Peter to stand in the corner.

6. He advised / suggested having a game of chess.

7. He said how clever a girl Mary was. / He said that Mary was a clever girl.
