Suppose you are Zhao Li. Your foreign friend Mike is very interested in traditional Chinese food. Please write to Mike, introducing one of the most famous traditional Chinese foods-Jiaozi.

Dear Mike,

    I’m glad to know you are very interested in traditional Chinese food. In this letter, I will introduce Jiaozi to you.

    Jiaozi, with meat and vegetable fillings, is a traditional Chinese food, which is important during holidays in northern China.       
    Chinese people are masters in the art of making Jiaozi. Jiaozi   has many shapes and may be boiled or pan-fried. There is no set rule to make Jiaozi fillings.
    They can be anything, such as vegetables, meat or seafood. And there are lots of ways to make Jiaozi, as China is so big a country.

    This is what I know about Jiaozi. I will send some frozen Jiaozi to you. Hope you will enjoy it.
